Gotta Get It Done
Hello again! :Dย Today I am going to talk about yesterday lol Preferably why I feel like shit today lolย Last night we *hubby* and I, decided it was damn time to get in better shape... So we jotted down an exercise regime. Something easy for beginners, when, in the future we could add to if this list got too boring....ย We started out:ย
1 Minute of jogging in place 1 Minute of stretching *i.e. butt kicks, over head, right\left over shoulder, touching toes - Standing- Sitting*ย 10 Jumping jacks (military version) *10x10* 20 Squats 10 Push-ups (full plank) 10 Sit-ups *hands over chest or above chest*ย 3 blocks of walking to and from...ย
So, I did all of it.. except the 10x10 jumping jacks... That was ridiculous...ย 20 squats killed my Achillesย and also my hamstrings hurt a bit but itโs not too bad...ย My stomach however is tense... Those sit ups, man, I canโt hardly move my abdominal muscles that much cuz of the *soreness* lol Even to get up from the couch or the bed, itโs like squeezing juice from a skinny chili pepper... xD Haha

Today, however, didnโt do the workout... : Pย I know in order to keep it off, and to burn, we have to keep it going... Tomorrow, I plan to get up really early, if I can go to bed soon; and clean the kitchen and the house and then cook something for my hubbyโs lunch; and then head to my mother in laws, cuz she needs to pay bills and do some other things around the yard, and thatโs where I come in :D I have to dig a couple of holes for some flowers to transplant... *deltoids, biceps, forearms, shoulder work* and she needs me to get her mail... *bike- hamstrings, legs, and unfortunately Achillesย tendon... lol* but Iโll get my work out thats for sure... And then when I come home, Iโll have a walk with my hubby and Iโll be good to go... :D Pretty excited to keep up with it... :D
