Thank heavens for autumn, guys. It is my fave season and it is here, finally. It’s raining in here today and the weather is mildy cold.

Yesterday I was at Istanbul Coffee Festival. It is an annual 4 day festival celebrating all things related to coffee. Free coffee and espresso based drinks, sweets tasting, great food great drinks all around, workshops and seminars regarding coffee, excellent smell coming from everywhere... My heaven in a nutshell. I’ve been attending ever since it began, it’s almost been half a decade now.

I bought filter coffee and espresso capsules, chocolate, biscuits, flavored Turkish delight, some cool pins that you’ll see down this text. I went there with my friends, it was a blast. We had great time together.

Here are the aforementioned pins. I love them. Hope they won’t get lost like the one I had bought last year. It almost brought me to tears because the place I bought them from doesn’t have a shop in Istanbul. But luckily they attended this year and I had a chance to buy more.

Spending yesterday with my best friend and a friend I met few years that I became close in a short time, seeing them having fun together and enjoying each other’s company had been amazing, truly. They spent like 3 hours together but agreed on meeting again. I loved how we became a sincere clique of some sort. Indeed, friends make life more enjoyable.
