Self isolating doesn’t have to be a negative thing! I know we are all anxious to get back to our regular routines and see our hair stylists, lash artists and aestheticians...but there are so many positive things we can do from home that will help us look & feel amazing! ✨Beauty Tips 101✨ ✨Don’t forget your SPF! Spending time outside for some natural vitamin D is great but make sure you’re protecting your skin from unwanted sun spots, fine lines and wrinkles! I’m in love with @larocheposay for my face as it’s tinted, broad spectrum and is extremely lightweight (but any SPF will do) ✨Exfoliation is the key to smoother, even toned, firmer and brighter looking skin! No scrubs at home? No worries, make your own!⬇️ •1/2 cup coffee grounds •2 Tbsp hot water •2 Tbsp coconut oil (or any carrier oil) •1 Tbsp of brown sugar (or any sugar) •2 drops peppermint essential oil (optional) This is my go-to scrub! Not to mention, coffee grounds are proven to reduce the appearance of cellulite! ✨Drink your water! I know it sounds like a silly thing to say but often time’s we forgot how important water consumption is! Aside from aiding in better digestion and flushing toxins, consuming at least 8 glasses of water per day will help you achieve that radiant glow while slowing down the aging process! Your hair stylists will thank you too😉 ✨DIY lash removal: Mix castor oil + coconut oil and GENTLY rub onto the lash line daily to loosen the bonds without damage! Moisturizing the lash line will also promote healthy growth🤍 Comment below what kind of beauty tips you’d like to hear about next💗 #tblashes #naplesflorida #beautytips #beauty101 #selfcare (at Naples,Fla) https://www.instagram.com/p/B-hOg6ngmoI/?igshid=108iu8tv8h9do
