All these years later and I’m still pissed off about the way Griffin treated nicknames when he was playing NPCs.

“Lulu” had so much POTENTAL!!! Can you imagine if when they separated during Story and Song, Taako had left her with a final, “Go get em, Lulu.” Or SOMETHING that would just be this heartwrenching use of a nickname.

Can you imagine how letting Thacker call Hollis “sport” would have opened up this channel in their improv to make the relationship between the two SO much deeper?

For some reason Griffin is incapable of saying “yes, and” to nicknames for his NPCs specifically, and I’m so angry about the doors it closed.
