Iβve had other recipes for this, but hers has so much more flavor than any other Iβve made before. I love that it doesnβt use those Cream of Whatever soups, either. We use tater rounds because theyβre more crispy, but you could totally be traditional and use Tater tots too! Beefy, salty, and potato-y with pops of sweet corn π€€. Itβs just perfect.
