These Chicken Peanut Burgers are a delightful fusion of flavors, combining the juicy goodness of ground chicken with the crunchy, nutty taste of roasted peanuts. Topped with creamy peanut sauce and fresh garnishes, these burgers are a delicious twist on a classic favorite.
Ingredients: 1 lb ground chicken. 1/2 cup roasted peanuts, finely chopped. 1/4 cup breadcrumbs. 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 tsp ginger, grated. 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes. Salt and pepper to taste. 4 burger buns. Lettuce leaves, for garnish. Sliced tomatoes, for garnish. Sliced red onion, for garnish. Creamy peanut sauce, for topping.
Instructions: In a mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, chopped peanuts, breadcrumbs, cilantro, minced garlic, grated ginger, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Mix the ingredients thoroughly and form them into 4 burger patties. Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat and cook the chicken peanut burgers for about 5-6 minutes per side or until they are cooked through and have a nice char. Toast the burger buns on the grill or in a toaster until lightly browned. Assemble your burgers by placing a lettuce leaf on the bottom bun, followed by a chicken peanut patty, sliced tomatoes, and red onion. Drizzle creamy peanut sauce on top of the patty, and place the top bun on the assembled ingredients. Serve your Chicken Peanut Burgers hot, with additional peanut sauce on the side for dipping. Enjoy!
