These Easy Air Fryer Grilled Chicken Kebabs are a quick and flavorful way to enjoy grilled chicken without firing up the barbecue. The yogurt-based marinade keeps the chicken moist and tender while the air fryer adds a delicious char to the outside. Perfect for a weeknight dinner or a backyard barbecue.
Ingredients: 1 lb boneless chicken breast, cut into 1-inch cubes. 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt. 2 tablespoons olive oil. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 teaspoon paprika. 1 teaspoon cumin. 1/2 teaspoon coriander. Salt and pepper to taste. 1 bell pepper, cut into chunks. 1 red onion, cut into chunks. Wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes.
Instructions: Put the Greek yogurt, olive oil, garlic that has been minced, paprika, cumin, coriander, salt, and pepper in a bowl. To make the marinade, mix it well. Spread the chicken cubes out in the marinade after adding them. Put the bowl in the fridge with the lid on for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors mix. Get your air fryer ready by heating it up to 375F 190C. On the soaked wooden skewers, alternate between putting the chicken that has been marinated, chunks of bell pepper, and chunks of red onion. Make sure there aren't too many skewers in the air fryer basket when you put them in it. For 10 to 12 minutes, flip the chicken kebabs over and air fry them until the chicken is cooked all the way through and the outside has a nice char. If you want, you can serve the air-fried chicken kebabs hot with fresh herbs on top. Enjoy your healthy and tasty chicken kebabs right out of the air fryer!
