Cauliflower florets and chicken slices are coated with a tasty breadcrumb mixture and fried until golden brown. Eggs are added to make the dish extra rich.
Ingredients: 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets. 2 boneless chicken breasts, thinly sliced. 2 eggs, beaten. 1 cup breadcrumbs. 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 1 teaspoon salt. 1/2 teaspoon black pepper. 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder. 1/2 teaspoon paprika. Oil for frying.
Instructions: Put breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika in a bowl and mix them together. Coat the chicken slices and cauliflower florets in beaten eggs, then press them into the breadcrumb mixture to make it stick. Warm up the oil in a big pan over medium-high heat. It should take about 4 to 5 minutes per side to fry the chicken and cauliflower until they are golden brown and fully cooked. Take them out of the pan and put them on paper towels to soak up the extra oil. Serve hot with the sauce of your choice.
