Brew #99: James Brown Brews Rhubarb Tart IPA
ABV: 7%
Served: From the fridge
Aroma: Pine, malt
Pour: Orange with bubbly white froth that disappears
Taste: Biscuity malt melting into subtle pine and ending on a very dry bitter note. I guess that’s the rhibarb for you but I don’t get any distinct rhubarb flavour or aroma for that matter. A fine slow drinking sup, a respectable IPA with the tart as advertised.
