I am an unholy amount of excited for ffxii hd oh dear. And I feel ffxiv taking time, I fell into that hole. But I’m glad you want to continue it, it’s ridiculously engaging every time I sit down to read it. (Though, I end up rereading like half of it each time which is probably why I haven’t caught up.. oops. But I’m still excited for it.) ♥

SAME. S A M E. I’m so excited to revisit the game, especially since I haven’t played it since, like... 2015? It’s been a while, even though it’s my favorite ff game. :’c

(I’m really enjoying ffxiv, too! I think I’m nearing the end of 3.0, but I don’t plan on buying Stormblood until I’m closer to the end of HW... or whenever it’s cheaper bc I’m spending too much money already!)

I’M SO GLAD TO HEAR IT! Admittedly my interest in the fic was dwindling bc I lost sight of exactly what I wanted to do with the story, but thankfully cutting one chapter and saving it for a later time has done the trick.

I told myself I’d dedicate most of my time to paradox effect, but I haven’t updated SL since, like... April? And this was after I said updates would be a bit more consistent! I planned on getting a few chapters ahead so I’d have a decent posting schedule, but then ffxiv took over my time, then I lost motivation to write...

the marketing for ff13 was top tier. i still get all choked up whenever i watch the trailers.

if I ever update anything on that account, it’ll be telling everyone that those fics are being rewritten on my ao3 (... eventually)

but I still get people following COMPLETED fics - so either they know I’ll be posting an “update” regarding rewrites, or... idk what they’re thinking. I’ve distanced myself from ffnet bc a) I’m older now and I cringe at most everything I find there, b) ao3′s tagging system is a blessing, and c) I don’t want to look at my shame anymore.

anytime i read my old fics, i’m torn between looking at it all with fondness (because summer 2010 was a damn good time)... or cringing (because it was 2010 and it’s been 7 years oh my god).
