Documentum _ I found the Manchester Museum’s archaeological collection inspirational. I loved how the curators read different ancient texts, telling us formal and personal messages from the time. This reminded me how important writing is and gave me the impression a message I record may be read by someone in 2000 years' time. I gathered together as many writing implements and materials as I could and set them up in the studio as a still life.
