It is an "interview" to Shannen and Rob Weiss from November 7, 1994, "Live at Five". She is a 24-year-old, young veteran actress. I'm going to copy the caption of the Days of Jarlena instagram account because I fully agree. How dare these so called "journalists" talk like this to and about a 24-year-old?
"I’m taking a short segue from my Days content to post this clip I had on one of my vhs tapes - it is illustrative of the disgusting narrative perpetuated by Robyn Carter and her colleagues in “news journalism” in the 90s and 2000s of the narratives they built around young women for existing. They literally made up a narrative and sold it for ratings with zero care for the harm it caused. After they spit out Shannen they moved onto Paris Hilton, Lindsay Lohan and Britney Spears. It’s disgusting and those who participated in this culture have a lot to answer for. I would have tagged the so called journalist in this, but of course she has her account set to not allow tagging. We still see you and we remember, for Shannen.".
