I’ve been rereading Resilience and random little tidbits keep popping into my head so here’s some fun facts!
Hawktail was originally planned to be in a forbidden relationship with Redeye, which we would learn when Petalfoot and Lioncreek accidentally discovered them on their own little rendezvous. Idk if that’ll still be a thing lol.
There was a brief period of time where I considered having Petalfoot and Lioncreek be romantically involved. That faded quickly, but I did have a plan for a kitten between them- a little golden tabby named Fireflykit (a silly name, I know.)
I dunno if I’ll ever get to it, but Lioncreek ends up with a rogue named Barb and adopts their child, Tadpolekit. Barb isn’t keen on joining the Clans, but they want Tadpolekit to be a great warrior. Tadpolekit may or may not basically be Fireflykit 2.0.
Graystar and Volespring were rivals as kids bc Graystar was jealous of how much attention Volespring and her mom got from HER mom (Volespring’s mom had a hard birth, losing multiple kittens, so Graystar’s mom helped out a lot.)
Graystar’s warrior name was probably Grayfang.
Originally Poppykit was going to be the only spirit guide Petalfoot had, but then Featherpaw came into consideration and as the concept grew so did his involvement in Petalfoot’s life.
If he’d made it to adulthood, he would’ve been named Featherfur.
Fluffywing first leaned of warrior life from ShadowClan cats he befriended as they came past his house. Hence why ShadowClan cats were hanging out with the other spirits in Dogwood’s cave.
I had planned a romance between Fluffywing and Tallblaze, possibly resulting in kittens, but I realized later on the age difference was too big to be comfortable for me, so they’re good friends.
Volespring had a huge crush on Littlepelt when they were apprentices.
