I speak loudly.
Because I'm not used to being heard. Because ever since I was a child, I was belittled. No one heard what I was saying. They never took me seriously. They never paid any attention to me. I was seen and not heard. So I had to speak louder. I had to raise my voice. I had to talk fast while everyone's attention was on me. And I'm older now. And people listen. But I still speak so loudly and I speak so fast. My child hood fear is still there. I won't be heard. No one cares about what I have to say.
