whenever you get the chance, be silly, dance around your room, the living room, the kitchen, the street, sing loudly, sing off key, paint the world and get it all over yourself, draw stupid pictures, write on your arms, make faces with your food, make faces yourself, walk weirdly, make strange noises, lay on the floor, lay sideways on your bed, lay upside down in a chair, sit sideways in a chair, lay in the grass, stare up at the sky, find shapes in the clouds, count clouds, count stars, count bird calls, watch bugs crawl and fly, pet the animals you see along the street, take every chance to be silly so you don't get lost in the seriousness of the world
