Daily Photo of Japan: Yesterday, I made a visit to an historical district in Takehara, a place that Japan refers to as Little Kyoto.
Takehara's historical district is host to many old style buildings and temples, and features numerous organic shops and restaurants.
If you're looking for a low-key day trip while staying in Hiroshima Prefecture, I definitely recommend visiting Takehara's historical district.
