Congratulations to TAI ER for the grand opening of their debut store in Singapore! 🎉🎉🎉 They specialise in one flavor of sauerkraut fish, offer classic Sichuan dishes and famous for their Chinese sauerkraut fish. To maintain its authentic taste and quality, they use sauerkraut made in Sichuan, China and transport to Singapore, do not add or reduce spiciness to retain the best taste. Sauerkraut tastes even better than fish. The restaurant is decorated with the Black and White comic style interior which is quite unique. Upon entering the restaurant, you will receive a heartfelt greetings from the staff before redirecting you to the seating table. I simply love the awesome experience of their strange rules: 1️⃣ Shout slogans when serving dishes. 2️⃣ Three steps to eating fish - Serving soup into a bowl and eating fish fillets, having rice while eating sauerkraut and having the fish soup. 3️⃣ No use of your mobile phone while eating fish. You are provided a charging point but the charging cable is extreme short. My favourite dish is the Chinese Sauerkraut Fish, it’s loaded with generous fresh white fish fillets filled with layers of flavours, tasted so deliciously good.
