Empathy..... One of the most simple and difficult things. I truly believe that some people are just born with this gift, some have to work really hard at growing this capacity. It is a powerful gift and skill set. Holding space for another person, lovingly, knowing and acknowledging that it doesn’t have to be ok. It can just be....be what it truly is. No judgement, no “fixing” it.
