This too shall pass. I know we are all freaking out. I know I am, but if you aren't .. well.. you're a stronger person than I am. I am unable to sleep at night sometimes because I wake up in a panic, or I stress about things I cannot control and lose out on sleep. I can't seem to turn my brain off. 📝I am stressed about my health, and everyone I love that they will get it and I will lose them. 📝I live in constant fear that my mother will catch it and die due to her suppressed immune system (cancer survivor). 📝I'm sad for all the lives lost and people suffering, and the panic we are feeling because we weren't prepared as a country or globally. I HATE hearing the death count. 📝I'm angry that I missed out on seeing my family and friends this summer, and missing my trip to NYC with my friends. 📝Then, I am worried about my investments and my future -- yeah yeah don't touch your face, don't sell them... but that lingering fear, even if I cannot control the situation, is there. EVEN THOUGH I AM NOT TOUCHING ANYTHING. All I can do, is try to let it go, and breathe. Concentrate on what I CAN control. Stay vigilant, healthy, wash my hands, stay inside, try and reframe this as a blessing that #Igetto be at home with Little Bun, safe inside, courtesy of my favourite @savemycents ... Let's all get through this together. I suggest we rant in the comments about what we are scared/upset/angry about to get it all off our chest and b*tch about it. 👇🏼GO FOR IT IN THE COMMENTS! 📸@sasa_elebea https://www.instagram.com/p/B-lFGL4FIdg/?igshid=1c0z9m8o4zf33
