a few years ago i was using userstyles and shit; there was a lot of upkeep bc like sims 4...when an update comes out, it broke shit. and the upkeep was just...not worth it, so i gave up and removed it.

so what’s happening here if anyone gives a damn at all lmao is a whole of shit thats inspired by waverly:

win10 stock dark mode

win10 curtains dark mode advanced but make it raspberry pink w/ custom minimize, maximize and close buttons bc i said so

rainmeter frame to match the curtains theme (functional!)

t-clock to have my taskbar clock read out like TIME :: Mon Nov 23, 2020 in a custom font

custom iconpack for win10 (vertex on dA)

custom icons in the taskbar and in the window pane if you can see them (look @ quick access)

custom google chrome theme to match the curtains theme w/ the same window buttons

i used to do heavy desktop customization where i was a large part of a few groups on deviantart but withdrew bc...win10 started to just take the fun out of it. i am familiar with rainmeter and a lil bit of litestep. i did screw around with openshell but after some tinkering...i just...did not like how it looked after all. i dont personally mind the win10 start menu honestly. its never bugged me in the first place.

anyway! feels good that i was able to work on this all weekend. i do love tweaking things on my computer and seeing what i can and cant do, its one of the things about computers i love in general: customization, making it your own!
