01. Spark; An alter that is familiar with the body's peripheral neuropathy, including numbness, tingling and muscle weakness, and neuralgia, and that is capable of managing a flare in order to nurse themselves and others through it. 02. Surge; An alter that is familiar with the body's allodynia, a specific form of neuralgia that causes stimuli that wouldn't normally hurt to cause pain, and that is capable of managing a flare in order to nurse themselves and others through it. Electric Current; An alter that is familiar with the body's central nervous system dysfunction, including functional disorders such as headaches and migraines, occipital neuralgia and seizures, and that is capable of managing a flare in order to nurse themselves and others through it.

01. Anaesthetic; An alter that is familiar with the body's fatigue particularly post-ictal fatigue and confusion, but this term can be used for anybody that experiences intense episodes of fatigue and brain fog, such as Fibromyalgia, and ME/CFS, and that is capable of managing a flare in order to nurse themselves and others through it. 02. Contortionist; An alter that is familiar with the body's joint instability and hypermobility and that is capable of managing a flare in order to nurse themselves and others through it. 03. Twilight Dreamer; An alter that is familiar with the body's disordered sleep for any reason and that manages sleep hygiene by disconnecting from their surroundings and using functional daydreams to transition from sleep to wake. Intended for folks with disordered sleep and MADD but can be used by anybody.
01. These terms were coined to fit a personal system of ours known as [x]-familiar, it is an alternative to holder terms as they do not personally fit us. More terms may be coined as we iron out this system but in the meantime if you find yourselves relating to the structure of these terms you are free to coin your own.
