Sunriser :

A headmate that experiences, holds, or otherwise has stronger ties to the system's insomnia symptoms than others. This is an intentionally broad term meant to encompass any system member that handles a lack of and / or disordered sleep in some way. It's sister term is Moonsetter.

Moonsetter :

A headmate that experiences, holds, or otherwise has stronger ties to the system's hypersomnia symptoms than others. This is an intentionally broad term meant to encompass any system member that handles excessive and / or disordered sleep in some way. It's sister term is Sunriser.

Airhead :

A headmate who has fewer or much quieter thoughts than the rest of the system. Their stream of consciousness may be notably calmer or "less" than other headmates, or they may experience fewer thoughts while fronting. This term can be used as a role or as a descriptor, depending on how the individual and their system view it.

Ditz :

A headmate who is endearing, humorous, or otherwise pleasant to be around due to a pointed disinterest in appearing or acting intelligently. Ditzes may "play up" their ignorance, childishness, or thoughtlessness for the sake of entertaining or appealing to others. This term should be self-assigned. Ditz can be used as a role or as a descriptor.

Clouded :

A headmate who experiences more detachment from the body and / or outerworld than other system members. This term may be used as a descriptor or a role, depending on how the individual and their system view it.

Mindless :

A headmate who allows others within their system to steer and direct their thoughts, actions, and / or sense of reality. How intensely and how often they rely on others to dictate these things may vary, and they may only entrust specific individuals to do so. This term should be self-assigned. Mindless can be used as a role or as a descriptor.

Urgetaker:

A headmate who protects the system by either ensuring impeters and urge-holders engage with dangerous or harmful behaviors as safely as possible, or by enacting the desired behavior themself in a safe and controlled manner.

Beloved:

A headmate who elicits love, attraction, sympathy, infatuation, or similar feelings in many (or all) members of their system. The term itself may be used as simply an identifier, or it can be used as a role if the system sees it as such.
