i actually think the new rafayel myth might be a future timeline actually. because she gives him his heart back. either it’s an au or it’s a future timeline that’s an extension of the current timeline. or a consequence of it at the very least.
i think the next myths might be:
zayne as MoF again, but this time after the current timeline. it feels like the current timeline is gearing up to make him MoF once more.
sylus as his current dragon form (maybe the shackles that he talks about might be placed in him through the experimentation done on him as a child gladiator to contain his powers. he mentioned in the current tl that MC is the key to setting him free too. so, maybe once she masters the power of her aether core, she unshackles whatever is holding sylus back and he unlocks his draconic powers again (since i think like rafayel the lemurian, sylus will always be a half-dragon half-human. that’s just his species).
xavier… might be a resurgence of lumiere. maybe right as things start to worsen and philos is about to be formed (since philos forms after earth is destroyed and they use MC as the core. xavier finds out and that’s why he says the planet that uses someone as a life force doesnt deserve to exist). so lumiere might return once more to save MC from becoming the philos core.
caleb… i’m guessing the fleet and ever complete their modifications of caleb and turn him into a living weapon just like android caleb. i don’t have enough of his lore to make a detailed educated guess :’)
in short: i think the new myths are a bridge between their limited ssr myths, and their current main story timeline… maybe one of the possible branches of what may happen when mc learns the full truth.

I hope you don't take this the wrong way but thank for willing to talk abt the nuisances of Sylus' character. Like all the lads guy he's very complex and isn't a saint and sometimes it feels like the fandom forgets that which is a shame bc to me that's what makes him (and the other lads) interesting.
i totally agree with you anon! sylus, like the rest of the love interests, is a layered, complex character; and they draw you in without fail—at least, that’s how it is for me.😗💅 though i have to admit my post about sylus in LAR is barely anything; i was just rambling about my initial experience with sylus and the game.
but this post and the comments therein discusses sylus in LAR and it’s so insightful and well-articulated (love you, sylus mains🫶😚) especially for someone like me, who’s been evading reading the myths, but still want to be kept in the loop. 😅🥹👉👈
