how are people able to artistically express their synesthesia so well? I think a song or some other thing looks cool and I’ll try and draw it in photoshop and it either is completely not accurate or doesn’t look nearly as awesome as it does in my head and its frustrating
That feeling when...
...you realize you’re friends with two short, dark-haired sound-touch synnies, one of whom is a brilliant musician and the other a sound tech. And you’re a tall, blond-haired synnie with chromesthesia who just barely plays the guitar by ear.Â
The heating system at school makes this annoying high-pitched whining sound, and all I can see when I’m trying to concentrate in class is a thin, sharp yellow line stabbing the inside of my head over and over. Makes me want to clap my hands over my ears in pain.Â
Thank you, synesthesia, for making me so vulnerable to sensory overload.Â
