 okay so, this is basically what’s going on in the dash right now.

        midoriya izuku ... a name yuuga had since tried to forget for three years now. a task that proved to be easier and easier as time went on and his own attention had stayed on his hero work. it is always a much simpler task when you were miles and miles away from a friend who had seemingly decided they what ? didn’t have time for you anymore ? didn’t care for you anymore ?

        he didn’t like thinking about midoriya , it made him feel like he was a child again. like he wasn’t quite sure how others felt , like he was desperate for attention. it troubled him ! and so he didn’t think about midoriya , he didn’t check up on midoriya , didn’t bring midoriya up when talking to mutual friends. and it had worked for so long ... when he was in france ...

        but now he was in japan and he can see a very familiar tuff of green and he feels a strong anger and pain all at once. he wants to cry as much as he wants to put his hand on the other’s shoulder , turn him around and demand answers as to why he so suddenly wasn’t enough for him. he wants to run away too. he’s itching to look the other direction , act like he hadn’t seen him at all ... but ah , ah the power of ‘ the petty ‘ was one so strong.

“T-that’s not very spirited, Kacchan…”

❝ I don’t think it matters all that much, but since you’re so curious, there’s no harm in telling the truth, no ? ❞

the tiny principal would say with a smile before taking a long sip of his tea before setting it down on the table in front of him, careful as to not to drop it. it can be difficult with such large fluffy paws, then suddenly his expression would change from soft, to incredibly serious, scary almost. the tiny smile on his face was quickly wiped away as he stared at the student with his tiny beady black eyes as he spoke

❝ I’m actually not entirely sure what i am, as to why i avoid the question so often. ❞nezu’s eyes remained unblinking as he watched the students reaction, ❝ i lie in bed every night wondering for hours, just what am i ? ❞

there was a heavy, almost uncomfortable silence for a few minutes as he watched a perturbed expression grow on izuku’s face before suddenly nezu howled in laughter, slapping his lap as he did before he spoke, 

SHINSOU NO

                    From the future?  Did he have some kind of time travel quirk?  Green eyes glistened with a sort of awe, the same kind of glimmer they held when he saw pro-heroes in action (much like how he looked at All Might).  And with lips slightly parted, they slowly stretch into a smile.

                 “—W-wait, who’s your brother? Do I know him?”

‘ my brother / father -- shoto todoroki. i have to warn him of an event that occured in the future that i will prevent. also, im like, your prodige or whatev so like.... you gotta help me. ’

                   ❝   hey ! you dropped this !  ❞

          the general studies student would move almost in a small jog to catch up to the other, waving a small notebook to and fro. 

          after finally grabbing the attention of the izuku, he would smile. big and bright as he offered the lost item back to it’s prior owner. fingers brush against the other’s, and a shiver goes up his spine at the emotional combo that came with it. 

          nervousness. vauge contentness. aches in the arms. 

          michael hadn’t even registered that he had zoned out until he was pulling himself out of it, shaking his head.
