The loud collapse down the hall was concerning and had it been a bright and beautiful day, she would have been more curious to investigate. But as they faced the late night’s shadows with the pouring weather hitting the windshields -- a time of night where most people should be getting ready for bed -- multiple scenarios scribbled in her head and she was rendered useless.

The few days at UA had been intense to say the least. Starting with the quirk aptitude test (and narrowly avoiding getting expelled) and then the battle trial (mostly relying on Shoji to win). 

It was almost a surprise that today’s training was so tame in comparison, almost completely ordinary. Shōto couldn’t help wonder if it was in part due to the damage and injuries sustained during the battle trial. (Something he’d prefer not to dwell on as he himself had inadvertently hurt Hagakure and Ojirou by freezing their feet to the floor)

He doubted it was simply to give them a break--Aizawa didn’t seem the type. The exercise was simple, just practicing the basics of first aid on each other; they wouldn’t even need to use their quirks (unless their quirk was suited for such things).

Recovery girl had come in to oversee their attempts at dressing wounds, making make-shift slings, performing chest compression's, and testing a disaster survivor for symptoms for shock. They were assigned into pairs at random, and given the supplies for first aid training.

Opening the med-kit and sorting through it’s contents as a way to avoid initiating eye contact with his assigned partner, Shōto took note of how bare bones it was. It was clear that the main purpose was to make due with what was on hand.

“We have some fever pills, disinfectant wipes, a roll of bandages, medical tape...pretty much what you’d expect,”

“Chicken sounds good! If you want, I can help. I’m pretty good in the kitchen when I have the right stuff. Do you have a favorite kind of sauce with your chicken? Do you prefer fried or grilled?” She began to run a list of questions to Izuku about what kind of things he would like with his chicken and how he preferred it cooked.
