We need to talk about Bo-Katan Kryze and Ursa Wren
Does anyone else think that both Bo and Ursa have been forgiven too quickly and easily?
I wish we had more time to show Bo-Katan earning Ahsoka's trust and respect. When Ahsoka sees her at the end of the Walkabout arc, she's initially defensive and believes she's a threat. This makes sense given their last encounter. After some time passes and we begin The Siege of Mandalore, Ahsoka is very much in her corner and seems to believe in her. Yes, Bo-Katan is fighting against Maul who is evil, ruthless, volatile, etc. Yet we haven't seen what makes her a worthy leader rather than the lesser of two wrongs.
Let's not forget that Bo-Katan and Ursa were a part of Death Watch. They were loyal to the terrorist and all-around scumbag Pre Vizsla. Just as a refresher, Death Watch enslaved the women of a village, then burned the village down, killing innocents in the process, when the villagers dared to speak up for themselves.

Bo-Katan and Ursa continued to believe in and support the bullying murderer Pre Vizsla, ultimately helping him replace Satine as Mandalore's leader. Then when Maul challenged and defeated Vizsla, Bo-Katan and Ursa finally decided that this direction was wrong and broke from the group.
So now Bo-Katan is leading the charge to take back Mandalore for the good of her people. Where was her righteous indignation when they were burning that village? When it comes down to it, Bo-Katan and Ursa helped set in motion the course of events that put Maul in power and got Satine killed. If they had it their way, the planet would still be under the control of Vizsla, so why should their judgment as leaders be trusted?
It was great to see Ahsoka taking the Jedi to task in her argument with Obi-wan. I would've appreciated a middle chapter in which we see her hold Bo-Katan accountable as they form their alliance. It's odd to see her held up as a hero in Rebels when we haven't really seen her reform her ways and grow into that. In order to believe in her, I need to see remorse for who she was and what she was a party to. I want to see that she has evolved from her might is right mentality and now sees that Mandalore needed the balance of Satine's ideals and her strength
I'd appreciate a story in some form (perhaps a comic) that bridges episodes 8 and 9 to show Ahsoka taking Bo-Katan to task before coming to believe in her because right now, both Bo and Ursa have been forgiven too easily.
