Luke and Leia are at odds and I honestly don’t know if I can reconcile them. Luke crossed a line when they were arguing about him wanting to train her to be a Force user and her being afraid she’ll just go dark side like their dad and her son. I tried using C3P0 but that didn’t work.

I’d wanted to have Rey and Jessika Pava have like a casual thing before I settled Rey down with Finn and Poe, but at this point, I don’t know how to fit that into the narrative. Like I haven’t been able to find a space to put it where it doesn’t feel like I’m forcing it in. So I may need to drop that idea.

I’d been hoping to write a scene with just Finn and Poe but didn’t want it to be in the first scene because I didn’t want to open the story with sex. Like the opening it’s implied heavily that that’s what they got up to, but there’s no details. And I’ve tried 2 more times to put one in, but both were interrupted due to bad timing.

I’m at a point where I could quickly wrap up the Finn/Poe/Rey plot arc and it’d be perfectly tidy without feeling forced, but it feels to me like it’s too soon to do that, plus there’s still Luke and Leia’s side plot that I do actually like and don’t want to get rid of cuz it feels right but need to figure out how to resolve. Which means I have to wait to wrap that up anyways.
