I cannot tell you how excited I am about Bloodstained. I’m a lifelong Castlevania/Igavania fan and have been wanting to draw Miriam since the Kickstarter but just haven’t had the time. (I really don’t draw at all these days because I’m just too busy. T_T)

Pencil sketch on paper, inked in Corel Painter 12, colored in Adobe Photoshop CS5. Lost track of how long I spent on this - about 4.5 hours or coloring today and some scattered hours across two other days.

This is the white/uncursed version of Miriam, based on this concept art. I debated between this one and the in-game cursed version, but I decided to go with the uncursed version because the pose is too relaxed.

This Month’s Update!

So yes, I am sure that a lot of you have been expecting to hear another update on the game. There is a bit of news on the game’s progression yes, but there’s also a lot of boom of the new games that are coming out for the summer. Forget the fact my limbs are swelling up into thick meaty man hands from the many man hours I have been putting into my new job, there has been a lot of games coming out…
