Got in a new version of the #swoleytrinity today! Started off being inspired by @themenguin to get back to attempting to run with the @zombiesrun_app 5K at the park, week 2 almost done. Then mostly shoulder day for the #iambuilt #cablebuilt WOD at @lafitness , finishing up with 10 mostly solid laps in the pool. Tuesday's #swoleytrinity was an almost "+", but curses foiled again! Started with week 2 of @zombiesrungame 5k training; any zombies in the mountains? Then two hours at @herosjourneyla w/ Coach @corrinpiercefitness for "Foundations and Empire " followed with a much needed recovery class (when is recovery ever not needed?). In tried to finish with a nice hot tub soak at @lafitness , but its down for repairs so just floated in the pool for about 45 mins.
