I had allergy for the whole day last week and when I woke up it seemed like it will continue to last another full day. The allergy for some reasons was caused by my eyeglasses, I bought a new pair the allergies stopped briefly but now it seems to resurface. So, I checked Naran's blogs for solutions and I used the following three methods:

1. Chant 'Together Divine'

2. Chant 'I Limit Cut End invading allergies'.

3. Chant 'Yellow Sapphire' since I didn't have the gem with me.

As soon as I finished chanting all three separately, my nose pathway cleared right away and the sneezing stopped as well. If you get allergies in the future try these methods along with consultation with Naran sir or with your prescribed medications.

I used the below technique twice to retrieve lost items, one a library book and another headphones. I just chanted these words for about 10 times thinking about the lost item at the same time and was able to locate the items soon after. This solution is from the book, Bach Flower Remedies by Naran S. Balakumar: To locate Lost item say the following three Switch Words: 

"CERATO, ROCK WATER, CHESTNUT BUD"
