Never go out without my hand cheetah ๐๐
took a break from these because i was on a vacation over the weekend but im back now ๐
(as a disclaimer: i donโt really know proper music terms and i tend to repeat myself, but iโll try to make it coherentโฆ)
mezcal head by swervedriver:
ok this was definitely the album iโve been searching for. the first song had me hooked since the beginning, and the second hammered it in
the feel and the sound made me really comfortable oddly enough. like it was a very familiar sound in a way i havenโt heard before, if thatโs makes sense. my mom used to listen to things very similar to this when i was a kid, so it left me with a sense of nostalgia, even if iโve never heard this specific band
the guitarist goes so incredibly hard as well. who gave him permission to be THAT good. and the guy on vocals? beautiful voice. itโs got that perfect edge that is soft in the right places, but he uses it in a harsher tone (i hope you see the vision of what i mean)
i also especially liked the 12 minute song at the end thatโs my shit right there
my favorite songs from the album:
duel
blowinโ cool
MM Abduction
girl on a motorbike (HEAVY on this one itโs so fire)
you find it everywhere
never lose that feeling/never learn
this is such a cool album. i need it on cd rn so i can have it on in the background at all times. please tell me more about them/other good albums theyโve made. iโm super interested
