Sipping on your water so that you don't upset your stomach. But you keep going. You go until you hear the countdown. Go until you hear the bell. The stop, rest, and jump right back in. Grit cardio is HARD. I won't sugar coat it, but she killed it tonight, and did an absolutely amazing job. Watching people push to their MAX in a workout that challenges you makes my heart so so full.
