I'm beyond thankful for these ladies. They have been freaking awesome bearing with me this week as I've run late a few nights this week while adjusting to the new tanker and the schedule. We are smiling.....because grit cardio is over 🤣🤣🤣 cardio after legs is always tough whether you trained legs right before or first thing in the morning......you'll definitely be feeling it!! I've never had a girl gang before. I've always been the girl that hangs out with the guys. Does stuff with the guys. I had a close girl friend or two but never a girl gang......until I joined empowered sndnwas welcomed and joined the team of strong bad ass ladies. There is something about coaching these ladies that gives me such a huge genuine smile, and makes aby days crap feel non-existent until the class is done and I go back to reality essentially. But nonetheless these ladies crushed lift fit and crushed grit. Grit is hard. I won't lie and say it's a walk in the park.....it's not. It'll have you wanting to curse me out during but you'll feel amazing after. And these ladies kill it every single time, with smiles 😊 and it makes me so proud.
