I’m coming home baby 🏡!! It’s a tradition of mine to play Castle On The Hill by @teddysphotos on every drive home to Swansea 🚌🎶 because it makes me think of my family, my friends, and my first home. There’s a line; “these people raised me”... it’s always struck me as so true. We are raised by our parents, but we are also raised by all the people who touch our lives; our friends, neighbors, teachers... they all shape who we are, and who we become. I love my home in Cardiff, and after nearly four years here I’ve shaped an amazing life... but I’m forever grateful, and just a little bit homesick for the people and place that I grew up in, and laid the foundations for the awesome life I live now.
