People are talking about Swaisy and all I can think of is Post Hive! Daisy that starts acting a lot more like Cal.
Cal like most AOS characters has some form of mental illness that is unnamed/connected to superhero stuff but his comic book supervillain name was literally Mr Hyde. It isnāt a leap to say that he had some kind of severe mental illness/disorder that was triggered/developed due to canon events.
Then take Daisy who is in her Mid Twenties and just had her Brain Chemistry severely fucked with and a Family History of mental disorders. Itās kind of the perfect storm.
Sheās definitely got PTSD but while on the run maybe she realizes thereās something happening that she doesnāt understand. She might be losing time or having strange dissociative fits or hearing things that arenāt there. The isolation isnāt helping nor the crippling guilt but sometimes when sheās alone she sees her fatherās manic eyes staring at her from the mirror and she thinks itās just the price you pay for wanting so hard to have someplace to come from. That youāll drag it forward with you forever.
