JW- a horrifying lionfish/shrimp hybrid with lots of little fluttery legs! You can see a drawing of it HERE. He would also be a sea witch.
Noelle- she would be a more traditional looking mermaid with tropical fish colorations but she would also be a siren.
Jeff- straight up a selkie
Horas- i think heβd be an electric eel merdude and heβd have his own bones tattooed on his sides because heβs a nerd whoβd do that for a joke.

Roman- a mer dolphin because he is curious playful and would probably kill a man for fun

Suur- a leafy sea dragon that has to latch onto Roman with their tail to keep up with him and make sure he doesnt do stupid shit
