Negative toe in for the rear seems to get it to rotate a lot as well. I know its only beamng.drive but it models driving fairly well & the automation game allows for some basic car modeling for suspension settings, the car model can be exported out for importing into beamng.drive to test suspension settings. Negative toe in for the rear is known to shove that rear around & give oversteer hard.
At least, if you don't want to just start immediately giving yourself a huge rear negative toe in to try it out for the track. It can be a huge change that makes it suddenly snap oversteer that can be too much too quickly, but that's finding the balance. Which is why I suggested those 2 video games.
