really freaked out about the fact that I don't really have anyone to rely on here for when I have medical issues since my girlfriend broke up with me. like obviously the loneliness sucks in general, but I just don't know what I'll do if something happens. I've had days/times when I've been unable to walk. what am I supposed to do if I like can't get up out of the bathtub or something? everyone else i know with chronic illnesses of sorts has partners or really close friends to help out. I already needed more support and now I have none and I don't know what to do cause I feel like everything chronic illness-wise has just gotten worse over time so I feel like I'm just gonna have higher and higher support needs but I don't have anyone right now and I just don't know how to get anyone in the future either.

As of right now I've gotten all the bad parts, but I don't think I'll get the happy, satisfying ending.
