Ingredients: 9 Japanese heirloom ingredients e.g., heirloom rice, heirloom soy sauce, heirloom vinegar, heirloom seaweed, heirloom vegetables, heirloom fish, etc..
Instructions: Follow the directions on the package to make sushi rice, but use heirloom rice to keep it authentic. Cut heirloom vegetables and fish into very thin slices. Soak heirloom seaweed in water until it gets soft, and then let it dry completely. Place a seaweed sheet on top of a sushi mat made of bamboo. Place a layer of sushi rice on top of the seaweed, leaving a little space around the edges. Put fish and heirloom vegetable slices on top of the rice. Using the bamboo mat to roll the sushi tightly, seal the edge with water. With a sharp knife, cut the sushi roll into small pieces that are easy to eat. Serve with heirloom vinegar, soy sauce, and any other toppings you like.
