They recognize when it’s time to bring the age of the squad down and they do it quickly. They’re not loading up their squad with every 30-year old player they can find only to wonder why they’re getting run off the park by younger, faster teams with “less talented” players…speed and athleticism are talents by the way. They’re not spending stupid money to bring in players around that age either.
