Hoje é o 10º dia afastada das ondas, numa tentativa de recuperação de uma rotura que fiz há cerca de 2 anos. Há dois anos tb que diariamente supero o desconforto, durante as minhas práticas desportivas, no trabalho que tb é físico e durante o sono.
