And close friend of legendary Surfer and Psychedelic artist, Rick Griffin... ), apparently from a heart-attack (after some very hard times following the massive forest fires last tragic summer in California : his house in the mountains was burned to the ground, he lost everything! )... #TBT to the early 2000s when I was more involved in being a production artist and did this commission for Dancing Bear Records, a small Croatian label. "For A Few Guitars More - A Tribute To (Ennio) Morricone's Spaghetti Western Themes" features a plethora of international surf instrumental bands. (The guitarists from Slacktone and Huevos Rancheros), Davie Allan, The Penetrators and Pollo Del Mar were among the domestic groups.
