The Ten Buck Chuck. A surf contest. A gathering of our surf Ohana. A wonderful day to celebrate the joy of surfing and competition. A contest of beginners and World Champions alike. Charlie (“Chuck”) took over a small surf contest about 20 years at Old Mans surf break that was an invitational challenge. Today, it is for some the most fun contest around, both super fun & competitive. This year was the biggest “Chick” to date. Over half the contest was younger than 20 years old. These kids brought a level of stoke for surfing that is unparalleled.
