To start off the new year I decided to be brutally honest with myself and with everyone. For those of you who never guessed it all these years, I’m gay (surprise). For those of you who kinda figured, I’m sorry i didn’t tell you sooner. It took me so long to come to terms with it, but 2017 was all about discovering who i truly was and sharing that with those around me. It was a huge roller coaster ride of a year with many ups and many downs. But luckily i received an overwhelming amount of love and support along the way and for that i am beyond grateful. Even though I feel like i have a whole lot of growing still left to do, I have never in my life felt more like myself than in this past year. And I have everyone in my surroundings to thank for making it so easy for me. This is me growing. This is me learning. This is me embracing myself for who I really am.
