Day 5 of Suprecur
For the first few days it felt like I wasn't even taking the injection the only indication was the very early mornings and the red marks on my leg which I'm used to anyway, I didn't have many symptoms apart from a dull headache and an occasional waft of nausea but both could have been put down to AF being due on Sunday. I thought I'd be feeling grumpy but instead I was feeling the complete opposite, I even managed a very long day doing lunch and shopping with my bestie I was feeling completely normal.
Then this evening I was having a nap on the sofa when I was suddenly woken up by very severe stomach cramps and I felt like I was going to throw up. I doubled over in pain, hubby helped me up from the sofa and got me to the bathroom where I stayed for a little while confused. I took some pain relief while hubby made me a hot water bottle and I setled back down on the sofa a little shaky, the cramps have settled since but my headache and nausea have only gotten stonger.
So I think it's kicked in, although it could be a mixture of the injections and AF although it does feel alot worst than my normal AF symptoms. I'm currently curled up in bed with a hot water bottle feeling a little sorry for myself although part of me thinks the symptoms show the meds are working and that is surely a good thing!
Bring on day 6..
We've just had our injection lesson and we are all ready to start Suprecur on Saturday morning, I can't believe after years of waiting we're finally at the starting line and so so ready to go!!!
If anyone has any advice or do's/dont's while on the meds I'd love to know? I've heard I'm going to be a hormonal monster but that's about it.
