Let’s get scooping
Summary:
Rebecca meets with Annalise and Bonnie, she says that she didn’t kill Lila. The reason she confessed was because Wes was right and Griffin was trying to pin her on it. Annalise drags Wes in to her office and screams that it’s his fault Rebecca confessed. She announces to everyone that Wes is off of Rebecca’s case, he isn’t allowed to speak to her or even look at her.
Bonnie heads to the police station to get the confession tape. She reveals to the officer that she knows that Nate is investigating Sam Keating for Lila’s death, she threatens to expose his department if he doesn’t hand over the confession tape. Wes, Laurel, Connor, Asher, and Micaela gather in Annalise’s office with Bonnie to watch Rebecca’s confession tape. They head back to the courtroom the next day with the video evidence, and Annalise shows the judge that Rebecca’s confession was clearly coerced. The judge agrees and sets Rebecca’s bail to $100,000. Annalise announces to Rebecca that she is going home. Wes greets Rebecca as she comes home from the police station, he shows her that he still has Lila’s phone. He takes the phone to Annalise and she thanks him and tells him that he did his job, now he has to let her do her job. Wes leaves and she takes her hair down and washes her make-up off. Her husband Sam comes home, she holds up Lila’s phone and calmly asks him,“why is your penis on a dead girl’s phone?”

Models of organizational behavior: SUPPORTIVE-AUTOCRATIC MODEL
The episode shows how the members in the organization behaves in a support yet autocratic way. Annalise Keating’s is the person in command, she has the power to demand her students and co-lawyers “to do this-or else,” and it was shown when her students does not follow the orders, they will be kicked out. Also, with he co-lawyers. However, i think that the supportive model also applies since the students also have their fair shares of responsibilities so it is clear that Annalise is supporting them. Moreover, supportive model is evident since Annalise and her co-lawyers supports the students in their work, the psychological result is a feeling of participation and task involvement in the organization. making the students say “we” instead of “they” when referring to the organization. Also, because of the statue that gives them recognition that they did a great job, the needs are better met. Thus they have awakened drives for work.
