✖️MOVE OF THE DAY✖️ Weighted side lunge into curtsy lunge on a slider. Do 10 on each side and repeat 3 times. Such a good booty 🍑 burn 🔥. Don’t have a slider? Put on some socks and do this on a hard surface (hardwood floor, tiles) or use furniture sliders (thanks @annagracefitness for both ideas). Don’t have a weight? Grab a bottle of wine 🍷, a textbook 📚, or any other heavy home item to add resistance, or do it weight free.
