He wants Ayan to be safe as well. And he knows Chadok won't leave him alone or let him be or give them peace.

Akk is still struggling between his love of Ayan and the future he's always planned and the way Ayan is pushing him and the fears he has of both accepting and losing this love.

It comes out so bad, it comes out as a desperate threat and every reason he's ever said that he knows isn't true. Because he's trying to protect Ayan as much as himself. Chadok isn't going to stop easily. He's trying to force Akk's hand over Ayan and Namo is watching his every move.

Akk needs Ayan to be safe and safe is far, far away from Suppalo.

Eclipse Ep 8-12 Predictions

Ep 8, the first scene (kiss) won’t happen. Akk will probably stop the kiss and they will meet later and kiss (when exchanging feelings). I hope I am proven wrong and they kiss because the shot is so beautiful?! Excuse me.

Currently, I suspect two people the most, Namo and Thua. Namo because he wants the curse to come back and he wants the three protesters to get hit by the curse. I think this could also hint that Namo knows that Akk was behind the curse. However, the most suspicious person to me is..drumrolls pls….Thua. Thua stole the notebook. No one can convince me otherwise. He stole the notebook, read the content and was shocked to see Akk staring at Aye during the beach scene (ep 7 part 3). His reaction wasn’t that of a happy one. He didn’t smile or anything and instead looked confused.

Aye and Akk will get together but be separated soon after. Why? I think it will get revealed that Akk was behind the curse and the couple will be under heat. This is just my prediction, I could be wrong.

Wat will probably film or is filming this whole situation. Wat wants to be in the film industry, I think this would be his biggest hit. He would probably start or is documenting everything thats going on.

Akk or the previous student president was somehow involved in Dika’s situation. What I mean is, Chadok might have convinced either that Dika was a bad person and they might have resorted to similar curse measures to make Dika really anxious or depressed. I feel like there has to be something triggering that happened which made Dika, someone who was so supportive of others, to take such a big decision. What’s more surprising is that the students don’t know of his death.

Change:

1. I didn’t expect Chadok to quit tbh. I thought he would stay and try to reform Suppalo. A part of me actually thought that he would be the one to advocate for the principal to change as well. Then again I’m glad that he was able to break away from Suppalo and heal himself. He looked healither and honestly more relaxed after he quit, so I guess it was a nice change in mindset, attitude and action. 

2. It’s sad to see that Mes wasn’t doing really well. If I recall correctly, there was once I was talking with a few moots online and we discussed that Mes would be under the same amount of pressure Akk was and he probably didn’t have a good support system unlike Akk so who knows how he would fare in the real world. Now we know that Suppalo’s impact was too great and that it greatly impacted Mes as he was in a depressive mental state, unable to cope and adapt. It was a path of what Akk could’ve been, had he continued the same path as Mes. 

3. Waree was actually really nice in this episode. I liked that classroom scene in the last part where they were doing a test. When Ayan handed in his paper, she discussed with him the historian’s post, showing how she was opening to learning more and reading works that would potentially change the way she sees things too! 

4. The change in Akk’s confidence in showing his relationship to the school and being more expressive with showering Ayan with kisses and love was refreshing. He has come a long way and honestly, I’m really proud of him. The matching Solistice hoodie and the hand holding in the school was really cute and my initial thoughts were (Ep 1′s Akk would never) and honestly I think it’s just a nice way to see how much has changed. Akk’s mindset of “screw it I don’t care anymore” was also something very relatable since now he really doesn’t have anything to lose anymore. Without the pressure of his scholarship, burdening his parents and disappointing them, he now has the time to finally enjoy his school life and be happy for once. (this was the most I seen him smile tbh) 

5. I love the teasing and light hearted touches between Akk and Ayan. It really shows how they grew stronger and more comfortable with each other.

6. The 3 Jums forgiving Akk and Thua and the group all supporting the now Youth Rights Club. It was great to see Akk, Thua, Wat and Kan openly supporting the club.

7. I need to talk about Namo!!!! He deserved his prefect role so much I’m so proud. He got what he wanted! He became part of the friend group and also a prefect

Parallels 

1.  I love the pin scene (I will always love the pin scene) ; how they pinned it for each other “Like exchanging wedding rings” (my heart) ; how Ayan’s lines were literally said by Akk and the amount of love Ayan was showing on his face as Akk said them

2. The first ep had Akk on the boat alone while the ending was Akk and Ayan TOGETHER on that same boat (I LOVE)

3. There was the parallel to the trailer too I love how they incorporated the same lines and similar scenes too. They also used the Eclipse title font which I think it was the best parallel ever 

The prefects might be rule enforcers, but they still care for other students

like here they’re there to enforce the rules, but look at their posture, look at their hands, look at the way they’re leaning in and comforting him and making sure he’s okay.

as soon as the car was no longer causing danger, the prefects ran straight to the protestors, despite them breaking rules and wanting to change things about their long-standing traditions, to check that they’re okay and not harmed
