Indulge in the fluffiest and tastiest pancake you've ever had. It's simple to make the Super Puffy Pancake, which is great for breakfast or brunch. This treats your taste buds wonderfully as it puffs up beautifully in the oven.
Ingredients: 1 cup all-purpose flour. 2 tablespoons sugar. 1 teaspoon baking powder. 1/2 teaspoon baking soda. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 1 cup buttermilk. 1 large egg. 2 tablespoons melted butter. 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract. Maple syrup for serving. Fresh berries for garnish.
Instructions: Turn on your oven and heat it up to 425F 220C. Whisk the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt together in a large bowl. Mix the egg, melted butter, vanilla extract, and buttermilk in a different bowl using a whisk. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ones and mix them together just until they are mixed. It's okay if there are some lumps; don't mix it too much. Put some cooking spray on a 10-inch oven-safe skillet or baking dish and then pour the pancake batter into it. After the oven is hot, bake the pancake for 15 to 18 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and puffed up. Take it out of the oven and let it cool down a bit before you serve it. Put fresh berries on top of the pancake wedges and drizzle them with maple syrup. Serve right away and enjoy!
